Under Job reqs, once you click on a specific job req, I need a “Bulk task” created in VPHR so I can select all the applicants and download ALL their resumes (and possibly the additional files) for all applicants at once instead of doing it one applicant at a time, each of which takes 8 separate mouseclicks to just download one resume. Occasionally the applicant will also upload their resume a second time into the “attachments” file (the paperclip icon shown below in my screenshot), but that is basically a mistake on their part. The attachments file is supposed to be for cover letters, portfolios, certifications, etc. The resume download is buried several clicks down under each person’s individual name, and frankly that is all I want to see.
