Currently in Viewpoint Web the PO Dashboard for Pending and Processed purchase orders can only be accessed if a user is granted the ability to CREATE Purchase Orders.
We need to have the ability to grant users READ ONLY Access to the PO Dashboard in order to enforce segregation of duties while still allowing visibility to PO's in the system.
