I love that the Position Code has been added to the Initialize to Vista screen, so thank you! But it would be so much better to show the Position Code TITLE, vs. the POS Code Description in the drop down box. The Title is the description of the Code. The Description is a larger field that allows for a more descriptive detail of the position itself. Every Position Code has a title, but not every Position Code has a description (at least in our system). We use the Description field to note information about that Position Code.
Also, the Job Title data is already used in HR Res Salary History, when a Pos Code is applied to a salary record. To have uniformity across the system, it seems that the job title would also be used in the Initialize to Vista process.
