When selecting a due date for a performance review, this should not be set as a full expiration date and not allow the employee to complete their portion - preventing the finalization process. With this due date, it allows Human Resources to determine when reviews were due and which are then overdue. Having to constantly go in and adjust the due date is tedious and unnecessary.
