When an employee is changed from salary to hourly (or vice versa) in HR, the amount 1. must be entered in HR, and 2. run the HR Update to PR. However, both the old and new values are left in PR. This causes issues with benefit selection/calculation via the portal (because both an hourly rate and a salary rate are showing). There are likely other consequences as well. This means that there must be a 3rd step to zero out the old amount in PR. This should automatically update with the HR to PR Update.
