The minimum number of characters for the user password for the HFF Portal used to be 8 characters, but it changed to a minimum of 12 characters in 2023 R12. We need the ability to change this requirement back to a minimum of 8 characters.

Companies should have the ability to set their own password policies. Perhaps have that policy as a portal setting.
