Currently, eligibility dates for benefits are calculated by adding a flat 90 days (depending on the setting) rather than the actual eligibility dates. For example, the eligibility date is 90 days and then the 1st of the month. However, the system just adds 90 days. For example, an employee with a hire date of 05/25/24 would be eligible on 09/01/24, but the system puts 8/23/24.
