We use the AP reference field on credit credit card expenses to identify who it belongs to. We use the last 4 digits of the credit card and the employees initials. Keystyle puts in a date. It would save time if this could be part of the import template field so that we don't have to change it when its in a AP entry batch in Viewpoint.
