Currently the performance review admin is based on an employee group, and that group has access to all companies. We have HR members that are responsible for specific companies, and they monitor performance reviews for their assigned companies. We can't give them admin access as they would have access to all companies. If Performance Review were added to the Admin Roles module, then HR members could be assigned admin access only for the companies they are responsible for. It would also create consistently in how admin access is managed in Vista Web.
