Currently, when you submit a daily log, you have to check off the people you want it to be sent to (or select all by checking the box at the top). Because we are managing the distribution list in Viewpoint, it would be better to have these default to send to the full list and then the submitter can uncheck anyone they wouldnt want it to go to, as that would be the exception, and not the rule.
