Currently when a Purchasing Agent converts a PO Requisition to a Pending PO, the PO is automatically submitted for approval. This results in Project Staff receiving notifications to Approve PO's that are not necessarily ready for approval.
There are items such as delivery, freight, or tax related lines that are not identified at the Requisition and are added to the PENDING PO before it is submitted for approval.
This should be an option in the admin settings; Automatically submit Pending PO's for approval if created from Requisition: Yes or No
