When approving expenses, managers are requesting to have the approval template changed, removing some of the standard columns and adding others. For example they want to remove the transaction ID, but to add the vendor and notes. This helps them to easily identify the expense and make a faster approval decision, which they could do in the prior version of expenses. Now they are forced to dig into the details.
