We setup projects using bill groups. In Vista when we create a billing and enter in the job number, Vista only shows the bill group assign to that contract. In the portal (Keystyle) when we create a billing it show us all the bill groups ever set up in Vista. It would flow better if in the portal (Keystyle) it only showed the bill group for that contract.

We have to use Excel (outside of Vista software) to track the bill group for all our contracts, so PM's can use the portal to create an invoice properly. Or we can have our PC, manage a billing spreadsheet and we have to work with out PMs manually to create our monthly progress billing. This is very time consuming. The portal was made to help streamline billings. We use bill group for many things and several project. Our Vista has hundreds of bill groups we now have to manage. Cant delete them because they were once tied to a contract.
