We have ud fields in Vista that we want in Field Service and that is working great, but we need those same ud fields to show up in the dataset for customizing the forms that we create. We have a 3rd party consultant that said they can do this for us (for a fee), but we feel this is a realistic suggestion especially since being able to add ud fields was a big selling/advertising point that our sales rep pointed out with Field Service. NOTE: Right now the ud fields we have are udCustID and udSiteID and we only created those as a "work around" because on Field Service we can only see the Customer Name and Customer Site (this doesn't work for us because many of our customer names are too similar. We need their ID number as well).
