When completing multiple forms of the same type they are name identically when attached in Vista. This makes differentiating between the forms quite difficult. Often, forms are filled out per serviceable-item - if the serviceable-item could be associated with the form and/or the name of the servicealbe item incorporated into the attached pdf filename (example below) this would help with identifing forms. In this example the bold section has the serviceable-item descriptoin and the date/timestamp for when it was completed.

when we add a preventative maintenance task sheets for multiple similar units like RTU, they all get named the same. We may have 10 of these and it is hard to know which ones are done
