Ability to change message after timecard is submitted.

Currently after an employee submits a timecard, they get the message "one or more employees are not available for entry because they are locked or have submitted/approved timecard templates". This is very confusing to employees and I am constantly getting questions about it, even being 15 months into using portal timecards. Can we please change the wording on this? It just needs to read something simple like "Success! You've submitted your timecard" so the employee knows they have submitted it and doesn't have to ask me about this.
