Add a setting that allows or disallows all users to receive the new features popup, before an upgrade occurs, when they login. Currently this feature only occurs for system admins. It is beneficial for all users to know what is changing or what is new, so the system admins do not need to reiterate the changes to them. One example, when the process changed recently for entering expenses, multiple tickets were sent in to internal IT and our users thought the process was broken. This could have been mitigated if they were informed of the change.

Hi Will! This isn't something that can be controlled with a portal setting. We use a 3rd party software to send those updates.
When we have sent them to all users in the past we have gotten quite a few complaints which is why we narrowed the group to admin.
I would suggest sending the release notes to your team or providing the link to Viewpoint Help so they can see all the updates and new features.
