Currently we have various amounts of materials that are named similar in our inventory that use special characters, however the characters break the search.
Being able to optimize the current setup will allow techs to search and bill the appropriate materials to our customers and remove the frustration of not being able to find inventory.
Also adding a paging system (example: more/next page) for inventory items, as currently it does not support it.
All of these improvements will help us capture revenue appropriately.
