the search bar where you can type in the inventory part to search doesn't allow "." or "-" or "/" to be used, even if it is in the description or part #. We have technicians calling the office for part #'s to add and when they type in our part # nothing shows up (Ex: FIL.040.0470 = blank result even though it is a legit part #). very frustrating and finding the correct size of PVC or pipe connector is very difficult because we don't have a way to keep searching part #'s that match with a "next page" or "load more" option at the bottom of the list that is generated. Right now technicians have to repeatedly guess and check ways to get a part # to show up/ after 5+ tries they are usually so frustrated they call into the office (wasting time of that employee and tech) OR select a close enough part/don't select a part and we miss being able to bill for material used.
