Currently when someone requests time off for a partial day they note the hours in the notes, once approved our office admin gets an email so she can add it to our time off outlook calendar. Full days are noted in the email notification but partials do not carry over the notes so she has to log in to time off dashboard to see what hours the time off has been approved for. It would be nice to be able to submit time off as timeframes vs. hours and that information be included in the time off approval notification regardless if it is all day or partial day.
