Expense in the HR Management System does not work:
1. Users who submit expenses cant unsubmit their own expense or view their own expenses workflow.
2. If you add a attachment to the Header of the Expense in the HR Management System it does not attach to the Header in AP Transactions.
3. There are no approves in the Notes in AP Transactions, so their is no record there of who it was approved by.
