Please create a setting option to let us choose who, when, and how the portal sends out a notification(s) for (1) Timecard is submitted, approved, rejected, unsubmitted; (2) PO is submitted, approved, rejected; (3) Expense is submitted, approved, rejected; (4) AP Invoice is submitted, approved, rejected; (5) AR Billing is submitted, approved, rejected; (6) whatever is submitted, approved, rejected, resubmitted.

I agree whole heartedly. My Corporate Controller, and myself, do not need to get all these notifications. I need payroll access to fix things as needed. But we do not need every unsubmitted timecard notification. It would be wonderful to be able to turn those off for certain users.
We need a way to control who gets what notificaions instead of it always being a universal group, all or nothing box. Like we have for Vista notifications. I can set up users for each notification. It is easy to edit. The portal notifications should be the same.
