We have some associated who have over 4 direct deposit accounts. During our transition, it would be very helpful to be able to offer more than 4 to accommodate our associates.
We definitely have a need for associates to be able to add more than 4 DD accounts. We have associates who have 5 or 6 accounts.
Having a place to limit the account options further would please our PR department immensely. Giving the option to add as many accounts as they want would have them burning my desk to the ground.

Thanks for your response Michael. I would agree that 4 is probably an adequate number, What I think Mary and I are asking for is that you provide a place to enter the number, 4 being the maximum allowed. That way we could limit the number of accounts to 1, 2, 3, or 4 as needed.
Thanks for sending this in. The portal allows up to 4 to be added. As we reviewed this suggestion, it seems as though 4 accounts cover the 90% of the population. If this is an exception for over 4 accounts, we would prefer to focus on other suggestions that don't have 90% coverage or better. How often do you find this happening?
I concur with Mary's comment. We would benefit from a Maximum # of DD Accounts option.
We have the exact opposite problem. Our PR wants to limit the number of accounts allowed to only 2. Maybe a solution is to make it flexible for admins to be able to select how many DD accounts to allow users to add whether it be 10 or 2?
