It's much easier and faster to drag and drop attachments rather than browse for them.

I agree that once someone is shown how to use it, it is simple, but the old way was self explanatory. A temporary pop up does not help in my case since all current users have been communicated to. A more permanent solution is what I would be looking for to prevent having to reteach or teach new users.
Hi Ann - would a temporary pop up explaining functionality be sufficient? I think it's a rather simple process once someone is shown how to use it.
Thank you for the explanation. That does work for me. I am thankful that the functionality is back, but a user would not know that is there without having to be told/taught which makes it not user friendly.
I can't argue that this suggestion is shipped, so I can open a new suggestion in hopes that this can be made clear to the user like it used to be.
I see that now, thank you for the screenshots. I was expecting a specified place to drag and drop to like before so those were helpful. Thanks!
of course - thank you for sending your version number! It is included in 1.24.2.346, it wasn't in the release notes because the latest update was a hotfix but our documentation team is updating the notes.
I will attach some screenshots of what the functionality should look like.
Kelley/Ann - if you are on the latest release and this isn't working for you, feel free to email me at kellie_medeiros@trimble.com so we can take a look together.
I agree. We are on portal version 1.24.2.346 and still can't drag and drop.
Can you give more details on it being included in the .2 release? I didn't see anything in the release notes and I'm not seeing anything different after we were put on the .2 release this week.
Hi everyone, this is included in the latest .2 release.
Why are you making things harder? Need the drag and drop. I entered expenses on my phone and it took 29 clicks to enter 1 expense.
A clear drag and drop option is needed in the new update. For those who have 30+ receipts every few days the current process is not feasible over a long period of time
I found you can actually drag and drop. If you drag the attachment over the browse button, it will actually drop there.
Enhancements are great, if we don't lose functionality. Please add back soon! Thank you.
agreed to the above. This adds minutes to each transaction that is totally unnecessary.
Hi Jill and Patti, we are working on bringing this functionality back. Thank you for your feedback!
This is a big pain point for everyone in my organization.
