We have several people in the Service Dept that live and breathe in the SM Work Order Form. We are seeing a lot of duplicate work orders getting created from multiple people. When they are looking to make sure they are not creating a duplicate, they do not see any new work orders unless they are constantly refreshing their form. it would really help if we had an auto refresh where we can set the number of minutes/seconds to have the work order form auto refresh.
