I would like to be able to see categories such as absent, un-excused absent, FMLA, Leave without pay, Jury Duty, and company outing, this would track the hours that the employee has been out / the status.

When an employee has excessive absences I have no way to know unless the manager lets me know. I would like to be able to see it documented on a timecard. Hours used on FMLA can also be tracked. Hours to be paid for Jury Duty, PTO, are hours excused or unexcused, are hours for vendor outings?
This tool can provide a detailed report for the performance cycle.
