We would like the ability to suppress email to Customer or Site Customer by Tech even if the contact is set to "Include Trip Close Email". In many cases we have 2 or 3 techs working on a WO and when then close out the trip, the site contact and customer contact are sent three separate emails. We have had complaints from customers that they are getting too many emails. This was customer only gets one. Also would like this for when Return Trip is picked.
It could be as simple as adding a check box next to the name and by default it would be checked if they contact is marked as "Include Trip Close Email" and then the tech would uncheck.

Previously, the portal automatically attached the Trip Close PDF to the Vista SM Work Order. After a change, the attachment is now created only when the trip-close email is sent. Our customers prefer a single weekly email rather than one per trip, which means the PDFs are not being attached in Vista. This suggestion would allow us to route the trip-close email internally (no external delivery) to trigger PDF attachment in Vista, while allowing us to control how often customers are notified (e.g., weekly digest); and, ensures complete Work Order records in Vista, respects customer communication preferences, and eliminates inefficient, unmanageable manual PDF creation and attachment.
