we do not think our employees should be able to turn location tracking on & off at will as it defeats the purpose of using the timeclock if we can't see where they are when they clock in & out. Since many employees clock in/out on multiple devices, having it be browser specific is not practical to fix and doesn't have a way to prevent it going forward. we are looking to expand our Employee portal timeclock/timecard usage to all depts but we can't unless we can track everyone's movements.
