Need to be able to make workflow active but not require a reviewer to be assigned. We would like to enable workflow so that users submitting Action Items can include a recipient if they choose (i.e. employee change is for, regional manager, etc.) but not to require it. Currently if we activate the workflow process, it requires a recipient be selected before it can be submitted. Functions fine as-is if we could make that add reviewer optional vs. required. More functionality is needed in this program and we hope it is coming but this would be a temporary bandaid to help with some of the missing approver functionality.
