We send out an application acknowledgement template email every time an application is submitted. The problem is we can only use one template and recipients other than the applicant must be listed in the to, cc, or bcc of the template so anyone listed there will get emails for every application submitted, even if they are not a recruiter. This leads to those cc'ed getting all the emails for every job submission even if they are not involved, the only other options are to remove them so they receive none. One of the dynamic fields available is recruiter name. If you could make a dynamic field for recruiter email address and allow that to be used in the recipients field it would allow for application acknowledgments to be forwarded only to those who are listed as a recruiter on the job instead of sending an email for any and every job to those listed as recipients. Users listed as recruiters only want to be notified for application to their assigned jobs, not every submission for every job.
