Users have noticed attachments can be added to trips in the Vista Dispatch Board. They like this capability and began to use it but realized the techs can't view those Dispatch Board attachments in Field Service.
We'd like for this functionality to be made available - for the techs to be able to access the docs attached to the Vista Dispatch board from Field Service/Portal. This will allow them to quickly and easily have the necessary information as they review their assignments; this will save them a lot of time trying to access the needed info. for their job.
