It would be nice to see timestamps on when a reviewer was assigned to a performance review. If one is auto assigned upon initialization, then it would be expected that it would show the same date of the initialization. But if we end up switching reviewers or needing to manually assign a reviewer, it would be nice to know when they were actually assigned it. Allows us to view how long after initialization the manager was assigned to do the review.
