Currently, in order for managers to see they still have a performance review to complete, they have to actually go to the Performance section in Employee Tools. It would be best to have a flag appear under "Approvals", just as it does for invoices, timecards, time off, etc. as a constant reminder they have items that need to be completed. Without the flag, it can easily go unseen
