There are times where the notes are important to send with the report. We need to be able to choose to include the notes.

I think the idea should have stated we need the ability to choose when to show notes. This is a section that is sometimes just used for internal notes. Or have another note section that does not show on the report.
Sorry I am trying to remember the specifics behind the request.
