We are required to be using the latest I9 form by 11/1/23 but the system is still using the the old one. When will this be updated?

Hi Danielle, If you are a cloud customer they will be pushed to you automatically unless your company has opted out. If you are on prem you will need to update your environment inhouse. If you need help updating please enter a support ticket and someone will assist you.
Hi Kellie. How do we get updated to .10? My team told me that the updates get pushed to us and that we haven't been updated since July. Can we request an update?
Hello The I-9 was updated in our .10 (October) release. When you update to .10 the form will be available.
