Enhance the attachment viewer to render more than just photos and PDF files. Email MSG files and simple .txt files are very common in or organization. The attachment viewer should be updated to render more than it currently can.

YES! I just noticed employees attaching .XLSX files and this attaches, but is useless since it's not on the package report. Need a way to restrict file types by HR Management "module". Personally, I would only want .pdf and image files (.jpg .png tc).
Certainly Plain text should be easy.
XPS files seem to be popular as well.
Rendering Linked URL's to cloud content management hosting would be awesome!
