We are looking to replace our AP Invoice Approval software with Vista's solution; however, this new solution will create more work on our AP team because invoices are required to have at least 1 line item on it in order for the 1st reviewer to see it in their queue. Most of our invoices are associated to a PO, and it would be extremely beneficial if you were able to index the PO number in the invoice header and have the PO lines automatically initialize, so someone in AP doesn't have to touch the invoice before it goes out to the 1st reviewer. Our current process is that our Buyers do the PO/Invoice matching before it goes to the PMs, which are the ones who actually do the approving. Our Buyers are billable; therefore, we take the overhead out of the AP department, but with Vista's solution, it puts work right back in our AP department.
