When expenses are submitted on the portal that are coded to a job, the expense is sent to every user with access to the HQ Reviewer who is the responsible person in the Reviewer Group (Invoices) in JC Jobs. The Reviewer Group may, however, only have one user (John Doe), but if 5 users have access to John Doe's HQ Reviewer, then all five get notified of this expense approval. The only person who should be notified of this job expense is the first person in the Reviewer Group. There will always be need to have multiple users access John Doe's HQ Reviewer, but if they are not part of John Doe's Reviewer Group, then do not need notified of the expense.
