It would be helpful to have a feature on the expense reports where a user can pick a category that drives which cost types appear in the drop-down. For example, if the category was Travel, the cost types could be limited to those specific to that like airfare, hotel expense, etc. This would make it easier for field management to code their expenses accurately because they do not know what the cost types are.
