this would help us from not creating same fields multiple times, and it will make the checklist look much better.

This would be awesome! A checklist for making safety observations on the jobsite needs to allow entering similar information multiple times. Creating a new checklist to record every new item is time consuming, and creating a checklist with 20 sections for the same pieces of information is extremely tedious.
