Currently, when adding a new vendor in AP Vendor the default field settings are blank for 1099 information on the "Add'l Info Tab". However when adding a new vendor to AP Vendor from the PR Employee form, the fields on the "Add'l Info Tab" are filled - the check box is checked and associated fields filled (with MISC for example). We would like them to use the same default of blank filled fields and check box.
