We need the option to not make the SSN mandatory when completing onboarding documents. Reason being, we hire individuals from other countries that do not have a SSN when they arrive. They have all documents authorizing them to work and have applied for SSN but do not have it yet. Currently, we are having to do their paperwork manually because we don't have the option to bypass SSN.
