WO dashboard is great, but sometimes, techs need to be able to reorganize/view events differently depending on particular situations. Right now, the only 'filter' they have is for dates.
Can you find a way to incorporate some additional 'views' for users so they can organize and see trips assigned to them grouped by:
City
Customer/Account (group by customer ID is fine)
In addition, in the displayed list of results, it would be easier if technicians could see trips grouped by day more clearly - perhaps a header, or section that would show the calendar day, then below, all the trips for that day would follow. Techs should be able to collapse these sections so after they filter data, they can just expand to show which day's worth of work they want to look at in more detail.

I would like to add the ability to be able to add and suppress information on the WO Dashboard display and in particular be able to add user defined fields setup in Vista to be able to be displayed on the WO within the WO Dashboard. We would like to add a User Defined Field to "Call Client" and have this displayed on the WO so when techs are looking at the Work Order Dashboard, then know to call the client that they are heading to their site.
