Not enough data available for site searching. Techs are unable to confirm correct matches if they cannot see all site address related information.
We have over 70K sites across the entire country and as an example, searching for 'HOME DEPOT' without being able to qualify what city it's in or what street it's on is not functional for our needs.
Please allow techs to search and view sites when creating WOs using any combination of site related data from the SM Service Site including Site ID, description, address, city, state/province and additional address fields.

I previously had a customization for a similar use case (we eliminated it once VP added functionality), we added additional info into the Name column that returns so that the techs can search with additional info. It was a customization to standard code, so it had to be reapplied after every update, but worked great. I'd be happy to show you the old one as a starting point of what you could do to get this working ASAP.
