When adding material to inventory work completed, techs cannot the right part unless entries are put in exactly as they appear in Vista.
Current search only supports single string matching the part number, or description.
For example: Vista Part# CI-90G with description 90 deg cast iron elbow would yield 0 results if user entered elbow cast iron, or CI 90.
Searching must returns matches made in any order. As long as the string/characters exist, they should appear regardless of their position in the string.

Hi Kellie - great news. What is the ETA of that?
good news! This has been added to our short term roadmap!
Completely agree. This renders the application unusable unless you invest a bunch of money to structure your HQ Material descriptions and then train the technicians to enter it exactly the way it is setup. Not realistic.
I agree this would be beneficial. This could likely be added as a customization that needs reapplied after update by breaking up the search terms and searching for them individually in the SMGetMaterial stored procedure.
