We'd love to be able to use Action Items more, but a lot of our processes require muti-level approval. Example: A promotion requires a form to be filled out. It should go to the manager to be approved, then the company president, then HR, and finally to payroll to make the update. Can we take some approval process (like invoice review, PO review, Vista Workflow module) and apply it to Action Items? Would be a game changer for us.

Agree. Need an approve/reject option. And maybe the ability to attach Lookups on the Workflow - to make routing more dynamic.
Agreed with this. We have two levels of signage before it gets to final destination. We would also need the ability to select who the record gets attached too. in the example of Promotion, the manager who initiate it filling it out but it would tag to the employee record.
Agree with this request! The current workflow process is really just a notification process, not a workflow. Approval/rejection process would be ideal!
