Prevent applicant from changing SSN during onboarding

If we send an onboarding invitation, the applicant can change the SSN & name when filling out onboarding docs. Changing the name should be fine (in case we misspelled it) but the SSN should not be allowed to be different from what is on the invitation. In theory, an applicant could pass the invitation to someone else, creating potential liability when we refuse to hire them. If they are forced to enter the same SSN we used in the invitation, our exposure decreases since a different name will cause eVerify to fail.
