We need to be able to set up Employee Group permissions to allow a department manager to approve time charged to their department, regardless of what department the employee charging the time to is assigned. For example, a Project Manager might be charging time to a job and Estimating Department in the same week. Job Approval would handle the time charged to the job, but the Employee Groups and permissions do not send the Estimating Time to the estimating dept. manager, because the employee is assigned to a different department. Currently, the employee groups set up for PR Department are only looking at employees assigned to that department. We need flexibility to add additional parameters in the Employee Group setup to handle these types of scenarios.
