I have been fielding questions for the last 2 weeks from employees not realizing that when they consent to view their W2, they are agreeing to not having it mailed. I am averaging between 10 to 15 calls a day. This is a confusing question for a lot of employees, who are not very computer literate. I believe by changing "view" to receive it would help clear up a lot of the confusion people are having.

There is a portal setting for this already!
Go to Admin > Portal Settings > Earnings > Paperless Consent > Verbiage for W-2s electronic delivery, here you can modify that verbiage :)
