The update to move the Timecard Batch Move to the background took the New Batch # from showing at the top of the screen, this is causing issues. We process 100's of batches a month and without the batch # to reference the user does not know what is in what batch. The email notification is of no help because they do not come in order of how you moved the time and they have to open each email to see the batch #, which again the batch # itself is of no help.
If a memo field could be added to the Timecard Batch Move screen allowing the user to enter in a few notes then have the memo field be part of the PR Timecard Entry Batch Selection Grid, this would allow the user to see the Batch # along with the memo field with notes on what is in that batch.
We could also have the new Batch # and Memo field be the Subject Line in the email notification
